Reg Park's 1951 Mr. Universe medals are on sale on the Internet for about £75.00.

Science in Sport has finally released one part of their new range of timed proteins. The first one is entitled 'Rego Noct'e'. This is an anti-catabolic nighttime formula. It contains Magnesium Caseinate, Whey Protein and a glutamine peptide blend - and comes in Devon Toffee flavor. Take it from me that flavor could be a good selling point right there!

It could well be 'next best thing' remember you read it here first.

Vic Boff rang, as he does you know (mind you it was my first time, he, he) and he told me that rooms for the AOBS are $99.00 for a twin room (room with two single beds), which compares favorably with the OHF room price

If enough of us are 'up for it' then we may well be able to get a group-booking discount etc. I'd like to know the names etc of all interested parties by July if possible. We are looking at 6 bods interested so far
